Print this form out, fill it out and mail it to your county board of elections. The addresses are on the second page of the form. If you have any questions, call the State Board of Elections at 800-222-8683.
You must be registered to vote by Tuesday, October 14, 2008 to participate in the November general election.
Absentee Voting

If you are not going to be present for Election Day, please, vote absentee. Fill out this form and mail it to your county board of elections. The addresses are on the second page of the application.
You must specify that you are requesting an absentee ballot for the general election. Ballots will be mailed out ~3 weeks prior to the election. Your county clerk must receive your ballot by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 in order to be counted.
